BOAT SHOW FILM FESTIVAL - Big Screen Entertainment
The Boat Show Film Festival features visual entertainment on the BIG SCREEN in our dedicated theater room, Lobby D of the Broward County Convention Center. Sharing the screen along a set schedule, you will get a glimpse of the real yachting lifestyle according to professional yacht crew who have produced five minute short films to enter into Crew Unlimited's Fort Yachtie Da Film Festival. You will also see tremendous shark footage and documentary films produced by Guy Harvey's Ocean Conservancy Group, and trailers to some of this year's entries into the Fort Lauderdale Independent Film Festival. Captains and crew are invited to a free Starlight Screening, which features visual entertainment on the JUMBOTRON, located in the Bahia Mar food court/beer garden area at FLIBS. These are five minute short films put together by professional yacht crew for Crew Unlimited's Fort Yachtie Da International Film Festival. IGFA SCHOOL OF SPORTS FISHING SEMINARS
The IGFA School of Sportfishing will be hosting eight "mini-sessions" on site with some of the area's best captains and professional anglers throughout the boat show. Now while checking out the latest gadget or considering a new skiff, anglers will also be able to pick up hot tips and tricks from not just one or two, but eight of the most experienced fishermen on the water.
