This year’s Yacht & Brokerage Show’s “Queen of the Show” is the stunning 141’ Ferretti Emerald Star. She’s a $30.5 million superyacht that dazzles with casual elegance, unique features and an abundance of extras. See the “Queen” from February 14 – 18, 2008 as she shines along the Indian Creek Waterway on Collins Avenue in Miami Beach. From top to bottom, Emerald Star has something special for the discerning yacht owner. Whether you enjoy taking a relaxing vacation or being active on your trip, she offers her guests many different past-time options. Take a look and see what there is to do on this amazing vessel.
For Both the Relaxed and the Energetic
Starting at the top, on the sundeck, is a Jacuzzi whirlpool surrounded by roomy cushioned seating areas to accommodate all guests. The stern of the sundeck includes a barbecue with a bar area as well as loungers for sunbathing. In the mood for a spin? Take one of her two personal watercrafts out for an exhilarating ride in the “wild blue yonder.” On the lower deck aft, you’ll find a fitness room equipped with the most advanced Technogym equipment available. Work out while watching the waves pass you by.
Eating, Sleeping and Dreaming In Luxury
Emerald Star’s external seating areas are decorated with hues of emerald green and blue fabrics, while the interior is decorated with a more classic decor. There is paneling in natural cherry wood with accents of antiqued leather. A sliding door leads to the main lounge where you will also find a corner bar. The lounge combines with the dining room (with seating for 12) for an open and airy feel. Moving towards the bow, you will find the kitchen, which is made entirely of steel and Corian, so grande in size that cooking for large parties is no trouble at all.
Also on the main deck, you will find a private studio that leads to the owner’s suite. In this suite, the oversized headboard, done in antiqued, tobacco-colored leather, is the focal point of the room. The owner’s suite also includes a luxurious relaxation area with a chaise lounge and a vanity table right beside the exclusive terrace to the suite. The owner’s bathroom has double entrances, two sets of toilet facilities and a large central shower – all decorated with gold Calacatta and Istria stone marble.
Guests on the yacht can retire to the lower deck where there are 4 guest suites – three double bed suites and one very spacious twin bed suite. Once again, the headboards are the dominant feature in all suites, defining the style of each room. All guest suites also have their own wardrobes and separate bathrooms. And, unlike other ships, the guest cabins on this deck have large panoramic windows facing out toward the sea.
Unique Extras Including a Panoramic Lounge with 360-Degree Views
On the upper deck, you will find a unique panoramic lounge offering spectacular 360-degree views. The sky lounge has a corner bar and a 42-inch plasma TV that disappears into a cabinet with the touch of a button. Also, outside the lounge is a well-covered area with a dining room table that accommodates 12.
Her main talent is showcased in the innovative stern hatch that graces her sleek form. When opened, the hatch transforms into a sturdy beach platform that sits over the water so guests can be as close to the sea as possible.
It’s no question why Emerald Star is named queen of the show. Her beauty, versatility and various options of activities make her an unforgettable yacht.
Emerald Star is presented by Ferretti Group USA and will be on display at the Yacht & Brokerage Show on Collins Avenue February 14-18, 2008 at Ramp 17, Slip 107 for the duration of the show and her reign.
