Wayne Helms is pleased to announce the launch of Soluna Yachts LLC, builder of the fresh new “Down East-Retro” designs from the Soluna shipyard in Tuzla, Turkey.  The “Down East-Retro” will be at the Palm Beach Boat Show March 27-30, 2008 along Flagler Drive.    

Soluna Yachts are built using the latest state-of-the-art techniques and materials available in fiberglass construction, and styled with elegant handcrafted wood interiors.  The first of the Soluna Coupe series is a 46-footer, which debuted at the 2007 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show.  

The 55’ and 65’ versions are currently in development and will be available in late 2008.   All Soluna hull designs are optimized to cruise comfortably at just under 30 knots with relatively compact engines to maximize fuel economy.  They are also fully equipped with the latest electronics and hardware so that virtually no options are needed.
