Splendor Boats exhibited the exciting 240 SunStar at this year’s 26th Annual Suncoast Boat Show in City Island Florida.   The Sunstar offers a smooth ride, 12" hull draft, and great side to side stability!  That's what Splendor's 240 SunStar is all about!  The design team at Splendor Boats has put it all together in this impressive riding, full-planning, catamaran deck boat.  Once aboard, you will find seating for 12 people, an oversized head unit, and lavish amenities. 

If you are wondering about performance, this cat is on plane in 3.3 seconds, topping out at 52 MPH!  Even more incredible is a lack of bow rise while coming up on plane, and Splendor's exclusive raised driver's cockpit, making sure you will never lose sight of the horizon with only 4 degrees of bow rise.  You and your family will appreciate the front and rear 3 step stainless steel boarding ladders, and another nice feature is Splendor's state of the art swim platform, which puts you very close to water level for easy boarding.

This boat will is decked out with some of the latest and greatest options.  Stainless steel will abound in the form of hand rails, drains, hardware, lighting, and faucets, along with much more.  This boat is destined to be the classiest of Splendor's models yet.

One other change worth mentioning from Splendor's other models, is the configuration of the outboard SunStar.  While our other models utilize a two-foot pod extension mounted on the aft of the boat to handle the outboard motor, the SunStar has done away with that appendage.  The SunStar has been configured so that an outboard motor can be positioned directly off the back transom, thus removing the extra two (+) feet of overall boat length added to our other outboard models.  Therefore, the outboard SunStar model will not be called a 259 SunStar like most of its counterparts, but instead, it has been named the 239 SunStar since its overall length is now actually under 24 feet.
