Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show Offers Convenient Parking and Transportation Options

arking and Transportation FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (October 28, 2016) - The 2016 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show®, (FLIBS) which takes place at seven locations from Nov. 3-7, offers an expedient parking and transportation network of bus shuttles and water taxis with convenient pick-up and drop-off locations, as well as dedicated parking lots, designed to make reaching the show easy from any direction.

The Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show takes place at the Bahia Mar Yachting Center, Hall of Fame Marina, Las Olas Municipal Marina, Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina, Pier 66 Marina, Sails Marina and Greater Fort Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center.
 
PARKING

Riverside Hotel Garage Parking $5 (Free Bus Or Water Taxi $10)

City of Fort Lauderdale Parking
There are City of Fort Lauderdale parking lots located downtown that will be used for Boat Show parking. Take I-95 to Broward Boulevard (east), turning south on SE 1st Avenue. The city lot is located within walking distance to the Boat Show Water Taxi and Boat Show Bus Shuttles.

The Sails Marina
Located at the SE corner of the 17th Street bridge. Transportation to/from Bahia Mar Yachting Center and to/from the Convention Center. Water Taxi pickup is at Pier 66 Marina.

The Galleria Mall

The Galleria Mall will offer $8 valet parking service from the main entrance location on East Sunrise Boulevard in front of the Capitol Grille restaurant. 2414 East Sunrise Blvd.
 
From the valet drop off location, walk east down the walkway in front of the mall towards the Gallery One Doubletree Hotel. The pathway will be marked with signs indicating the Water Taxi transportation system to the Boat Show.
 
The Water Taxi pick-up and drop off location to and from the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show is located directly outside, behind the hotel lobby. There will be signs to indicate the location.

War Memorial Auditorium
Park N Ride the Boat Show shuttle buses free from the War Memorial Auditorium parking ($7) to and from the Broward County Convention Center and the Las Olas Marina. War Memorial Auditorium is located at 800 NE 8th Street.

Riverside Hotel Garage Parking $5 (Free Bus Or Water Taxi $10)

Bass Pro Shops

Bass Pro Shops will provide parking and transportation from the Dania Beach store location to and from the boat show. The location to board the bus at Bass Pro Shops is to the left of the front doors. It will be marked by a tent and “To Boat Show” signs. Busses will run from one hour before the show opens until one hour after the event closes.  200 Gulf Stream Way, Dania Beach.

Water Taxi Transportation System
A great way to navigate your way around the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show is by taking the Water Taxi which connects to parking lots to the North, West and South, along with connections to all show sites. Relax and see the boat show from the water and enjoy the traffic-free waterways of Fort Lauderdale.

Water Taxi service starts one hour prior to the show opening and ends one hour after the show closes. Daily Water Taxi wristbands are available for purchase at all stops. Discounted five day passes are available online at WaterTaxi.com.

River Route

The New River Route runs east and west along the New River and Las Olas Boulevard through Downtown Fort Lauderdale to the Bahia Mar Yachting Center.

Southern Route
The Water Taxi Southern Route runs on a loop connecting the Boat Show venues located to the south of the Bahia Mar with the Bahia Mar Yachting Center, along with parking facilities and other area amenities.

Northern Route
The Water Taxi Northern Route runs north and south along the Intracoastal Waterway, connecting the Gallery One Doubletree Hotel/Galleria Mall with the Bahia Mar Yachting Center.

Navigating the Show
Guests will find color-coded directional signage throughout the show, onsite map stands, and experienced, roaming guest services staff, all designed for maximum convenience in navigating the world's largest in-water boat show.
 
MyBoatShow, the app available on iPhone and Android platforms, provides show maps and locations of exhibitors, manufacturers, product categories and boats by specifications and size. The app, which is available for all Show Management produced boat shows, also provides the show schedule, seminar information, transportation schedules, food and drink locations, restroom locations, and information for emergency services. It also can be used to purchase show tickets and see the latest show news.
