| Bio |  Mr. Wissing is a commercial pilot since 1970, who taught the FAA approved Ground School for Pilots. He taught the USPS Weather Course for 6 Years. He cruised extensively since 1956. Experience includes both near shore and offshore cruising, worked on a large yacht in West Indies, Mediterranean, and the Atlantic. Practical weather forecasting and decision making is what he is known for. |
