32nd Annual St. Petersburg Power & Sailboat Show

What:  The Gulf Coast’s largest boat show, the 32nd Annual St. Petersburg Power & Sailboat Show, will cruise into the Progress Energy Center for the Arts Mahaffey Theater & Albert Whitted Park in St. Petersburg, FL, from Dec. 3-6, 2009. 
 
Building upon last year’s phenomenal success, this outdoor show will again feature the very best of both the boating and sailing worlds—with the largest, most varied selection of power and sailboats and spectacular sales and deals. Check out the show’s scenic floating dock marina and climb aboard family cruisers, high-performance wakeboard boats, fishing boats, magnificent sailing yachts, personal watercraft and much more.

Highlights Included in Admission:

  • New beautiful, expanded waterfront marina, plus displays on land too
  • Hundreds of power boats and sailboats anchored in the floating dock marina
  • Two air-conditioned tents filled with marine gear, equipment, and accessories for holiday shopping
  • Free sailboat rides on the bay with Discover Sailing Yacht Cruises presented by Sail America
  • Free enjoyable and informative boating and sailing seminars throughout show
  • “Experience Kids”-Free admission for kids 15 and under with paid parent or guardian“Salute to Military!”-Free admission for active and retired military personnel with identification Free Kids' Fishing Clinics on Saturday, Dec. 5 & Sunday, Dec 6 presented by Hook the Future. Onsite registration begins each day at 10 a.m. for clinics at noon and 2 pm each day. Kids who complete clinic will take home a free rod and reel while supplies last.
  • World Famous Floating Cocktail Barge offers relaxing dockside setting
  • St. Pete Cruiser’s Party Saturday night presented by Latitudes & Attitudes with The Eric Stone Band, number-one rated band by Seafaring Radio

Parking: Available onsite, or local boaters are invited to cruise on over to the “Come by Boat” docks located on the north side of the show, near the fountain. Boaters are reminded to please bring their own lines  and fenders.

Admission:  Adults: $8 purchased in advance online or $10.00 at the gate

FREE “Experience Kids” admission for kids 15 and under

FREE “Salute to Military!” admission for active and retired military  personnel with ID
